This Summer, Reef have teamed up with charity Heads Above The Waves, to raise awareness of Blue Health – which promotes just how awesome spending time in or around water can be for your mental health wellbeing!
Heads Above The Waves are a South Wales -based not-for-profit charity, that raises awareness of depression and self-harm in young people, promoting creative ways of dealing with the bad days with workshops.
