FREE Standard Delivery

Free shipping on orders over £50. Allow 3-5 days for delivery following dispatch.

Standard Delivery £4.49

Available on all orders. Allow 3-5 days for delivery following dispatch.

Express delivery £6.49

Available on all orders. Allow up to 2 days for delivery following dispatch.

DPD Delivery £6.99

Available on all orders. Place by 2pm Mon-Thurs for same day dispatch**. Delivery in 1-2 days following dispatch. (See below for full details)

Orders placed after 2pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed Fri-Sun will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays).

Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands may take longer for delivery.

General Delivery Information
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. We aim to process orders as soon as possible during our opening hours. There are occasions where orders are delayed for dispatch including but not limited to, sale or holiday periods, large orders or stock issues. We will update you as soon as possible where there are stock issues or an unexpected delay in your order. 
  • Once orders are confirmed we cannot guarantee changes to orders. This includes changes to delivery address, shipping options, item changes or cancellations. Please check all details before confirming the order.  
  • We will of course try to accommodate any requests made, please email our team on hello@reefsandals.co.uk as soon as possible including your order number and changes you would like applied to your order.
  • We do not part ship orders so please let us know if an item is missing upon delivery.
  • For any lost or missing deliveries, please contact us no later than 10 working days after scheduled delivery in order for us to investigate this with the courier. In the event of a missing or lost parcel, we may require the customer to confirm non-receipt in writing by completing a form and/or to provide supporting information for investigation purposes. If we are contacted outside of this period or there is failure to provide requested additional information, this may prevent us from replacing or refunding orders.
