Returns & Exchanges

Not quite the perfect fit? No worries - we’ve got you. You can return your items within 30 days of purchase,
as long as they’re unworn, clean, and still have the tags attached.

Here’s how to sort it:

1 - Head to the Reef UK Returns Portal

2 - Log in using your order number + postcode

3 - Select the item(s) you want to return and let us know why

4 - Pop your original despatch note in the parcel
5 - Print your return label and attach it (or your local Post Office can help you out)

6 - Drop it off at your nearest postage point

Once it reaches us, we’ll process your return within 10 working days

We’re happy to offer a full refund as long as items come back in great condition - think fresh out the box, still looking good.
That means:

  • No signs of wear
  • No washing
  • No marks, smells, or pet hair
  • Tags still attached

If items come back looking a little too loved, we won’t be able to process the return.

If you didn’t purchase directly from reefsandals.co.uk, you’ll need to return it to the original place of purchase.

Need a different size? We’ve got you.
You can exchange for another size in the same style — nice and simple.

Short answer: no.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. If that’s no longer active (expired card, gift card, etc.), we’ll issue a Reef
UK gift card
instead.

Once your return lands with us, we’ll process it within 10 days (up to 14 during busy periods).

After that, it can take a few days for the funds to appear in your account- depending on your bank.

If you paid using a gift card (full or part), that amount will be refunded back to a Reef UK gift card.

Orders & Payments

We move fast once you hit “buy”, so we can’t cancel or make changes after your order’s been placed.

That includes: Delivery address /Delivery option / Payment method

If something’s not right when it arrives, no stress — you can return it through the Reef UK Returns Portal.

We keep things easy. You can pay with:

  • All major credit cards
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay / Apple Pay (Safari only)
  • Klarna

You can use one card per order, but you can combine a gift card + credit card.

Using Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Make sure your delivery address is up to date. Once your order’s placed, we can’t change it.

Tried placing your order more than once? You might see a few pending charges.

Any unsuccessful payments will drop off automatically within 3–5 working days - no money is taken unless the order goes through.

Start with your spam or junk folder - it sometimes lands there.

Still nothing? Check the email linked to your payment method -Apple Pay or PayPal can sometimes pull through an older address.

Not just yet - we don’t offer click & collect. All orders are delivered straight to your door.

Shipping & Tracking

We pack orders quickly, so we can’t make changes once your order’s placed - including delivery address or payment details.

All UK orders ship from our warehouse in Wales using Royal Mail or DPD.

A couple of things to note:

- We are unable deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses

- Delivery times aren’t guaranteed once your order leaves us

- Orders placed after 2pm Friday will start processing the next working day

- We don’t process orders on weekends or bank holidays

- Standard Delivery: up to 5 working days

-Express Delivery: 2–3 working days (for orders placed before 2pm)

Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed the next working day.

You’ll receive a tracking link within 2–3 days (during busy periods, it might take a little longer).

Product,Warranty & Repairs

We build our products to last - but if something’s not right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

Depending on the issue, that might mean a repair, replacement, or store credit.

To get started:

- Send us your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A couple of photos

Email us at hello@reefsandals.co.uk
and we’ll take it from there.

We look at things like:

- Manufacturing faults
- Issues affecting how the product performs

We also consider:

- Age of the product
- How it’s been used
- The type of product

A few things fall outside warranty:

- General wear and tear

- Damaged or poorly cared-for items

- Accidental damage

- Damage caused by animals (we’ve all been there)
- Cosmetic issues that don’t affect performance



Make sure your item is clean before sending it in.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept dirty items, and anything with mould will need to be destroyed on arrival.

Promotions & Sales

Once an order’s placed, we can’t apply discounts retrospectively.

If you’ve missed a code, feel free to reach out - we’ll always try to help where we can



Discounts can’t be stacked, only one offer can be used per order.
